We strongly recommend that customers record a video while receiving and opening any parcel as proof. This can assist you, the seller, the courier, and us in resolving any disputes that may arise. Similarly, we advise our sellers to record a video while packing and dispatching parcels to ensure transparency.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods such as food and flowers.
  • Personal care products, including cosmetics and toiletries.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."

  • Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return."
  • Provide a reason for the return and upload any required documentation, such as photos of the item if damaged or defective.

Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will include further instructions, such as return shipping details.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to a bank account.
