Welcome to Friendhash. Friendhash (“we,” “our,” or “us”, "site", "platform"), is a trademark and operated under Friendhash (Private) Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform (“Platform”) and its services and products. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The terms "User," "Users," "user," or "users" refer to any individual or entity that uses our platform, including but not limited to sellers, buyers, customers, bots, or any other type of user, whether explicitly mentioned here or not.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through their account will be presumed authorized by the account owner. Friendhash is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

As a social network, our platform allows users to share, create, and upload various forms of content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other media. Friendhash does not endorse or support any illegal, copyrighted, licensed, or otherwise restricted content shared by users. We reserve the right to take prompt and appropriate action, including content removal or account suspension, against users found violating our policies or applicable laws.
Content including, but not limited to, pornography, illegal or abusive material, hate speech, religious or political controversies, or other offensive or harmful material is strictly prohibited. Users who believe that any shared content violates their rights (e.g., stolen, copyrighted, or abusive material) or breaches our policies may report the content through the "Report" option available on posts, messages, comments, products, reviews, or other shared materials. Alternatively, users can email us at support@friendhash.com. Friendhash will take strict action after conducting due diligence.
Friendhash does not support any political party, endorse any political views, or take sides on issues of public controversy. Additionally, we do not promote or encourage the dissemination of false news or misinformation.
The sale of products requiring branding, trademarks, or licenses from the original manufacturer or provider is not permitted on our platform. Users may report such violations via email at support@friendhash.com. We will take strict action against offenders after conducting due diligence.
Our platform employs a combination of human moderators and AI tools to monitor and restrict the posting or dissemination of prohibited content. However, we acknowledge that errors may occur due to human or machine limitations, and we continually strive to improve our processes.
The use of automated tools, bots, web crawlers, or data scraping methods to access or extract data from the platform without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Violators will face account suspension and potential legal action.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Friendhash does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of third-party entities. Users access such links at their own risk.
The "Beta" or "beta" label displayed anywhere on the platform signifies that certain features or the platform as a whole is in a developmental and testing phase. As a result, these features may experience errors or may not perform as expected. Any numbers, text, indicators, or representations visible during this phase are intended solely for testing purposes and should not be interpreted as accurate or final.
Promoters/Influencers are solely responsible for the accuracy and compliance of the promotional content they create. The platform disclaims any liability for false or misleading representations made by third-party promoters.
Sellers must ensure that their products comply with our policies and applicable laws. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, fair pricing, and timely shipment of products.
We require sellers to ensure that all listed products are genuine and match the images and descriptions provided during the listing process. Despite our efforts, some sellers may use deceptive practices and send incorrect or counterfeit items to customers. Upon receiving complaints, we take strict action against such sellers and mediate between the seller and customer to resolve the matter. However, Friendhash cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by customers due to such incidents.
Friendhash charges a 10% commission on successful sales. This fee is deducted before payouts to the seller. Additional fees may apply for optional services. Sellers may need to pay any Tax or fees as per government policies. All fees and commissions are subject to revision over time without prior notice. However, we strive to keep our users and sellers informed of any changes through timely emails and notifications.
For COD transactions, payments are temporarily held for 15-20 days to allow for courier collection and verification.
Sellers may occasionally report cases where returned products have been altered, damaged, or replaced by customers. Friendhash will investigate such complaints and take appropriate action to resolve the matter. However, we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred by sellers in such cases.
While we work with trusted courier partners, there may be instances where staff or riders are found responsible for vandalizing, damaging, or tampering with products sent by sellers or returned by customers. Upon receiving such complaints, Friendhash will conduct due diligence and take necessary action to resolve disputes. However, Friendhash cannot assume liability for losses faced by sellers or customers in such scenarios.
Sellers are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable taxes for sales conducted on the platform. Friendhash is not liable for any tax-related obligations arising from seller transactions.
Sellers may collaborate with Promoters/Influencers to market their products via the Friendhash platform. These promotional efforts may be initiated by either the seller or the platform.
Friendhash reserves the right to promote any seller’s product through any Promoter/Influencer at its discretion. Such promotions may include commission sharing between the platform and the Promoter/Influencer.
The platform may offer a percentage-based or fixed commission to Promoters/Influencers based on successful sales generated through their promotional efforts. This commission will be deducted from the total revenue collected from the buyer before remitting funds to the seller.
Sellers acknowledge and agree that the platform may run promotional campaigns and share commissions with Promoters/Influencers without prior consent from the seller. No seller shall have any objection to the promotional strategies adopted by the platform or commission sharing arrangements.
Engagement of Promoters/Influencers does not constitute an employer-employee or agency relationship with either the platform or the seller. All such parties act as independent contractors.
Our platform assumes no responsibility for products or orders at any stage, including delivery failure, theft, damage, or related issues. To help mitigate most of these concerns, we have introduced the Sahulat program, which we highly encourage our sellers to join for enhanced security and support. However, some issues may still arise. Sellers are responsible for covering delivery charges in cases of failed or returned orders, regardless of the circumstances
Friendhash charges a fixed or percentage-based service fee on each successful sale as mentioned previously in clause 5.3. This fee is applied before any further disbursement of funds to sellers or affiliates.
The final amount payable to the seller will be calculated after deducting:
All applicable charges and commission splits will be clearly visible in the seller's dashboard or transaction records. Sellers are responsible for reviewing their records and raising any queries within 7 days of the transaction.
Friendhash offers a digital reward system in the form of “Coins” to recognize and reward user activity on the platform. Coins are granted based on user engagement, contributions, and participation across various features.
Coins, points, rewards, badges, rankings, discounts, virtual items, or other platform benefits provided by Friendhash are digital promotional features with no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise by Friendhash in writing.
Users may earn Coins through activities including, but not limited to, content creation, engagement (likes, comments, shares), referrals, promotional participation, and other actions defined by Friendhash. The platform reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue reward criteria at any time without prior notice.
Coins must be earned through genuine activity. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, automate, or abuse the reward system-including fake engagement, bots, multiple accounts, or artificial interactions-may result in suspension, deduction of Coins, or permanent account termination.
Coins can be used within the platform for benefits such as shopping discounts, product promotions, supporting creators, unlocking features, and other services as introduced by Friendhash. The availability and usage of Coins may vary based on platform policies.
Coins do not constitute real currency, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money unless explicitly stated by Friendhash. They are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged outside the platform.
Friendhash may introduce promotional campaigns, badges, rewards, coins, contests, referral programs, memberships, rankings, early-access programs, creator programs, seller programs, or similar features from time to time for engagement, marketing, testing, community-building, or platform growth purposes.
Participation in any campaign, promotion, or reward program is voluntary and subject to these Terms, additional campaign rules (if any), and applicable laws.
Any titles, labels, badges, statuses, ranks, or recognitions provided by Friendhash - including but not limited to “Founding Member”, “Founder”, “Early Supporter”, “Verified”, “Top Creator”, “Top Seller”, “VIP”, or similar designations - are promotional or community recognition features only.
Such titles do not create or imply any ownership, partnership, employment, agency, shareholder rights, equity interest, voting rights, investment rights, intellectual property rights, or any legal or financial claim in or against Friendhash, its affiliates, founders, employees, partners, or services.
Friendhash may investigate, suspend, remove, reverse, or permanently ban accounts, rewards, coins, badges, referrals, rankings, or campaign participation where Friendhash reasonably suspects abuse, fake activity, manipulation, automated behavior, spam, fraudulent referrals, misleading conduct, policy violations, or attempts to unfairly exploit the platform or its promotional systems.
Campaigns, offers, benefits, rewards, and promotional programs may vary by user, region, device, time period, eligibility status, inventory availability, or platform version. Friendhash does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific campaign, reward, feature, or benefit.
Friendhash reserves the right to cancel, modify, pause, or terminate any campaign or promotional activity at its sole discretion.
Friendhash reserves the right to expire, adjust, revoke, or limit Coins at its discretion, including in cases of inactivity, misuse, or policy violations. Coins may also be removed if associated transactions are reversed or deemed invalid.
Friendhash is committed to providing a platform where users can share ideas, opinions, and information openly without unfair suppression or shadow banning. We aim to ensure transparency in content visibility and distribution.
While Friendhash does not intentionally hide content without reason, visibility may still vary based on relevance, user interaction, trends, and platform dynamics. The platform does not guarantee reach, impressions, or engagement levels.
Users are strictly prohibited from posting or sharing content that includes false or misleading information, hate speech, harassment, abuse, threats, defamation, or any form of disrespect towards individuals, communities, or religions. Content involving blasphemy, incitement of violence, or unlawful activity is also strictly forbidden.
Freedom of expression on Friendhash comes with responsibility. Users must ensure that their content is accurate, respectful, and lawful. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.
Friendhash reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or take action against any content or account that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards, while maintaining a fair and balanced approach.
Friendhash aims to provide users with a wider and more diverse content experience through features such as “Trends,” which showcase content beyond individual user preferences and typical engagement patterns.
Unlike traditional platforms that may limit users to narrow content categories, Friendhash strives to avoid repetitive content loops and encourages broader discovery across multiple topics, categories, and perspectives.
Content visibility within Trends and other discovery features is dynamic and may be influenced by factors such as engagement, relevance, recency, and community interest. Friendhash retains full control over how content is surfaced and displayed.
Each Promoter/Influencer is assigned a unique affiliate link or code by the platform to track referred traffic and successful purchases. Commissions are only generated when the buyer completes a purchase using this exact, unmodified link or code.
If a buyer/user manually edits, shortens, redirects, or otherwise modifies the affiliate link or code, whether intentionally or unintentionally, such actions may render the link invalid. In such cases, no commission shall be credited to the Promoter/Influencer.
To qualify for commission earnings, the buyer must complete the purchase using the original, system-generated affiliate link or code. The platform does not accept any responsibility for lost commissions resulting from altered or improperly used links.
The platform employs reasonable technological means to track affiliate referrals, but it makes no guarantee of tracking perfection due to technical, browser, or user behavior limitations. Promoters/Influencers acknowledge and accept this limitation.
The platform does not support or allow retroactive commission claims for purchases not properly tracked via the designated affiliate link or code, regardless of any evidence presented.
In the event of any dispute between Sellers, Promoters/Influencers, and/or the Platform regarding payments, commissions, or promotional content, the involved parties agree to first attempt resolution through Friendhash's internal support or mediation system.
If internal resolution fails, the final decision regarding any disputes related to earnings, promotions, commissions, or related activities shall rest solely with Friendhash, and all parties agree to abide by this decision.
Friendhash reserves the right to terminate any collaboration with Sellers or Promoters/Influencers at its sole discretion, especially in cases of policy violations, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
While the platform may facilitate promotional efforts, it does not guarantee any specific volume of sales, earnings, or commission to either Sellers or Promoters/Influencers.
"HashVault" means the rewards, loyalty, progression, and recognition program operated by Friendhash, including Hashes, Ranks, badges, streaks, discounts, deals, Campaigns, and related features.
"Hash" or "Hashes" or "Coins" means the non-monetary, in-app points awarded to eligible Users through qualifying activities within Friendhash.
"User" means a person who holds a Friendhash account and participates in HashVault.
"Rank" means a tier within HashVault that may be unlocked by meeting the requirements displayed by Friendhash, including requirements relating to Hashes, streaks, tasks, activities, or other qualifying criteria.
"Campaign" means any limited-time promotion, deal, challenge, reward program, event, or other promotional activity operated through or in connection with HashVault.
HashVault is Friendhash's rewards and progression system through which eligible Users may earn Hashes, unlock Ranks, receive badges, access discounts, participate in Deals and Campaigns, and receive other promotional benefits made available by Friendhash from time to time.
HashVault benefits are available only to eligible Friendhash Users in accordance with applicable eligibility requirements, minimum age requirements, account status, Campaign rules, and other conditions communicated by Friendhash. A User must maintain an active, non-suspended Friendhash account in good standing to participate.
Friendhash may modify, suspend, replace, rebalance, restrict, or discontinue any part of HashVault, including Hash values, Rank requirements, benefits, caps, badges, discounts, Deals, Campaigns, or redemption rules, where reasonably necessary or permitted by applicable law. Friendhash may also discontinue HashVault in its entirety, subject to applicable law.
Hashes, Ranks, badges, progress, streaks, and other virtual achievements within HashVault are promotional features only. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and do not constitute a deposit, security, financial instrument, or monetary balance. They cannot be purchased with money, sold, transferred between Users, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for cash.
Failure to complete, or disregard of, tasks, challenges, or activities assigned within HashVault may result in in-platform penalties, including but not limited to deduction of Hashes, rank demotion, loss of streaks, badges, or other virtual progress. These penalties are gamification mechanics only, applied automatically or at Friendhash's discretion to maintain fairness and competitive integrity among Users. Penalties affect only a User's standing within HashVault and do not constitute a fine, debt, financial liability, or real-world monetary loss. As set out in previous Section, Hashes, Ranks, and related virtual items have no cash value, so any penalty applied to them likewise has no cash value and creates no monetary obligation on the User.
Friendhash does not guarantee that any User will retain a particular Hash balance, Rank, badge, or achievement, and reserves the right to adjust, reduce, reset, or reverse virtual balances or Rank status where a User fails to meet task requirements, violates these Terms, or where Friendhash reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the reward system.
Participation in HashVault does not create any ownership, contractual, financial, or proprietary interest in Friendhash, its affiliates, participating sellers, or any promotional budget or reward pool.
Users may earn Hashes by completing eligible activities, tasks, challenges, purchases, Campaigns, streaks, or other actions made available through Friendhash.
The number of Hashes awarded for any activity is determined by Friendhash and may vary depending on the activity, Campaign, User eligibility, Rank, time period, availability, account status, or other applicable conditions.
Hashes primarily function as a progression and eligibility mechanism within HashVault. Accumulating Hashes does not create a guaranteed monetary entitlement, credit balance, cash claim, or guaranteed future reward.
Friendhash may apply daily, weekly, monthly, per-User, per-device, per-action, Campaign-specific, or other earning caps. Once an applicable cap is reached, additional Hashes may not be awarded until the relevant cap resets or the applicable conditions change.
Friendhash may reduce the number of Hashes awarded for repeated or excessive completion of the same or similar activities in order to maintain a fair, sustainable, and abuse-resistant rewards system.
Friendhash may place Hashes in a pending state where verification, completion, payment confirmation, order fulfillment, fraud review, or another qualifying condition is required before the Hashes become final.
Hashes may be adjusted, cancelled, withheld, or reversed where an underlying activity is subsequently determined to be invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, cancelled, refunded, disputed, technically incorrect, or otherwise ineligible.
HashVault operates using promotional reward economics determined by Friendhash. Hash issuance, task values, Rank thresholds, discount levels, reward allocations, and other parameters may change over time based on Campaign conditions, platform activity, available budgets, participation, abuse controls, or other operational considerations.
Friendhash may impose limits on the maximum number of Hashes, discounts, free products, Campaign rewards, Deals, or other benefits that a User may receive within a specified period.
Reward limits may be applied at account, device, phone number, email address, payment method, IP address, or other technical or operational levels where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse and protect the integrity and sustainability of HashVault.
Some rewards may be subject to a fixed promotional budget, quantity, allocation, or inventory. Once the applicable allocation is exhausted, Friendhash may stop, reduce, modify, or terminate the applicable reward even if a User would otherwise qualify.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, there is no fixed or guaranteed conversion rate between Hashes and any monetary amount, discount amount, product value, or other benefit.
A User is not automatically entitled to a previous Hash value, Rank threshold, discount, cap, Deal, Campaign benefit, or reward merely because that value or benefit was previously displayed or available.
HashVault includes multiple Ranks as displayed within the Friendhash application. Friendhash may introduce, rename, modify, combine, or retire Ranks from time to time.
Each Rank may require a specified number of Hashes, streaks, completed tasks, account activities, purchases, or other requirements. Requirements may differ between Ranks and may be updated by Friendhash.
A User must satisfy all applicable requirements displayed for a Rank before that Rank is unlocked. Completing one requirement does not necessarily guarantee advancement where additional requirements apply.
Where a Rank includes ongoing or recurring requirements, Friendhash may require Users to maintain certain activity levels, streaks, or other qualifying conditions. Any applicable maintenance requirements will be communicated through the relevant HashVault interface.
Rank benefits are promotional privileges and may include discounts, badges, profile features, free products, exclusive Deals, recognition, Campaign access, or other benefits. Benefits may differ by User, Rank, Campaign, product, seller, location, availability, or applicable limits.
Where a Rank or benefit is described as providing a benefit "up to" a stated percentage or monetary value, that amount represents the maximum possible benefit and does not guarantee that every User, product, order, seller, or transaction will qualify for the maximum amount.
Where a Rank or task requires a streak, the User must complete the applicable activity within the required period. Missing an applicable requirement may reset, interrupt, pause, or otherwise affect the streak.
Only activities recognized and recorded by Friendhash may count toward a streak. Activities affected by technical errors, invalid actions, fraud, manipulation, or other ineligible circumstances may not qualify.
Tasks must be completed through the methods recognized by Friendhash. Actions performed outside the stated requirements may not qualify for Hashes, streaks, badges, or Rank progress.
Friendhash may limit how frequently a task can generate Hashes or Rank progress. Repeated completion of an activity beyond its applicable limit may not generate additional rewards.
Discounts unlocked through HashVault are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of use. A discount may apply only to eligible products, sellers, categories, orders, Campaigns, locations, or time periods.
Where a benefit is described as "up to" a particular percentage, the stated percentage represents the maximum possible discount and does not guarantee that every eligible product or order will qualify for that amount.
A discount may be subject to a maximum monetary value, minimum order value, product exclusions, seller restrictions, usage limits, Campaign limits, or other caps specified by Friendhash or the applicable seller.
Any discount offered through HashVault may be subject to a maximum discount cap. The applicable cap may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the product price, order value, seller, product eligibility, Campaign rules, promotional allocation, or other applicable conditions. The maximum discount amount and any applicable limitations will be displayed to the User at the time the discount is applied. The User is responsible for reviewing the applicable discount amount and cap before completing the transaction.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, HashVault discounts may not be combined with another discount, coupon, promotional code, Deal, Campaign benefit, or seller promotion.
Discounts may expire after a specified period or when the applicable Campaign, inventory, allocation, promotional budget, or eligibility period ends.
Where a discount is funded or provided by a participating seller, its availability may depend on the seller's participation, product eligibility, stock, policies, and applicable seller terms.
Where a Rank provides access to free products, the benefit is subject to product availability, User eligibility, applicable limits, participating sellers, Campaign allocation, and the specific conditions displayed by Friendhash.
Any stated product value represents the maximum eligible promotional value of the benefit and does not guarantee that a product at that exact value will be available.
Free products may be limited by stock, seller participation, Campaign allocation, geographic availability, delivery restrictions, promotional budgets, or other restrictions.
Friendhash or the applicable seller may substitute an unavailable promotional product with another product of comparable promotional value where permitted by the applicable Campaign.
Product availability, delivery, warranty, return, refund, condition, and other product-specific matters may be subject to the applicable seller and marketplace terms.
Badges may be awarded for completing specific activities, reaching milestones, participating in Campaigns, achieving Ranks, maintaining streaks, or meeting other criteria established by Friendhash.
Friendhash may classify badges into different rarity or recognition levels, including Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Mythic, Legendary, or other categories.
Badges are digital recognition items and do not have monetary value or create a right to receive money or any particular product or benefit unless expressly stated otherwise by Friendhash.
Friendhash may remove, downgrade, hide, or revoke a badge where the underlying achievement is found to have been obtained through invalid, fraudulent, abusive, manipulated, or otherwise prohibited activity.
Friendhash may provide limited-time Deals, flash offers, seasonal promotions, seller-funded promotions, HashVault Campaigns, challenges, special events, or other promotional opportunities.
Each Campaign may have its own eligibility requirements, duration, limits, products, sellers, geographic restrictions, redemption rules, allocation, and other conditions. Campaign-specific terms will take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any conflict.
Deals and Campaigns may be available on a first-come, first-served basis and may end when the allocated quantity, budget, inventory, or promotional period has been exhausted.
Friendhash may modify, pause, extend, restrict, replace, or terminate a Campaign where necessary, including due to stock availability, technical issues, abuse, budget limitations, seller withdrawal, operational requirements, or other circumstances.
Participation in one Campaign does not guarantee eligibility for another Campaign. Friendhash may impose different eligibility criteria, limits, or reward structures for different Users, Ranks, Campaigns, or periods.
HashVault is intended for genuine participation. Users must not attempt to artificially generate Hashes, Rank progress, referrals, transactions, engagement, views, or promotional claims.
Users must not use bots, scripts, automation, multiple accounts, device manipulation, fake transactions, self-referrals, fake engagement, coordinated engagement schemes, exploits, scraping, manipulation of platform functionality, or other methods intended to unfairly obtain HashVault benefits.
Artificial or manipulated likes, comments, views, follows, shares, referrals, purchases, reviews, or other engagement may be excluded from HashVault calculations and may result in the reversal of associated rewards.
Friendhash may determine that an activity is invalid where there is evidence of manipulation, abuse, duplication, fraudulent behavior, technical exploitation, coordinated activity, or violation of these Terms or other Friendhash policies.
Friendhash may cancel Hashes, remove badges, reverse discounts, revoke rewards, reset Rank progress, restrict Campaign participation, suspend benefits, limit account functionality, or take other appropriate action against accounts involved in abuse.
Serious or repeated abuse may result in temporary or permanent restriction or suspension of the User's Friendhash account in accordance with applicable Friendhash policies and law.
Where Hashes or other benefits are associated with purchases, the transaction must be successfully completed and satisfy all applicable promotional requirements.
Hashes, discounts, badges, or other rewards associated with an order may be reversed if the order is cancelled, rejected, returned, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated.
Partial refunds may result in corresponding adjustments to promotional benefits where the applicable reward was calculated using the original order value.
Transactions determined to be fraudulent, artificially generated, self-funded for reward farming, or otherwise ineligible may not qualify for HashVault rewards and may result in reversal of previously awarded benefits.
Friendhash may establish expiration periods for specific discounts, Deals, Campaign rewards, free product benefits, or other promotional benefits. Any applicable expiration date or period will be communicated to the User.
Upon closure, permanent suspension, or termination of a User account, unused HashVault benefits may become unavailable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Friendhash.
Friendhash may forfeit or reverse HashVault benefits obtained through prohibited, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise invalid activity.
Expired, forfeited, or invalidated HashVault benefits do not create an entitlement to cash compensation, replacement benefits, or other reimbursement unless expressly required by applicable law.
Friendhash may correct technical errors, incorrect Hash allocations, incorrect Rank assignments, discount errors, badge errors, Campaign errors, or other system-generated mistakes.
HashVault features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, updates, network issues, security measures, third-party service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If a User receives a reward or benefit due to an obvious technical or system error, Friendhash may correct or reverse that benefit, including by adjusting the User's Hash balance, Rank, badge status, discount, or other promotional entitlement.
Knowingly exploiting a technical error or system vulnerability to obtain HashVault benefits may be treated as abuse and may result in reversal of benefits or other account action.
Hash values, task values, Rank thresholds, discount percentages, caps, product limits, badge requirements, Campaign allocations, and other HashVault parameters may be dynamic and may change over time.
A benefit displayed as part of a Rank does not guarantee that the same benefit, value, product, discount, Deal, or Campaign will remain available indefinitely.
Changes to these Terms or to HashVault may become effective when published within the Friendhash application, website, HashVault interface, Campaign page, or other official Friendhash communication channel, unless a different effective date is specified.
Continued participation in HashVault after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring that their account is used in accordance with Friendhash's applicable Terms, policies, and requirements.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their Friendhash account. Friendhash is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from the User's failure to maintain appropriate account security.
Participation in HashVault requires compliance with these Terms, Friendhash's general Terms and Conditions, community rules, marketplace policies, and applicable laws.
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving or using HashVault benefits under applicable law.
HashVault participation does not guarantee that a User will receive a particular discount, free product, Deal, Campaign reward, badge, or other benefit unless the benefit has been successfully unlocked and all applicable conditions have been satisfied.
HashVault benefits are promotional features provided by Friendhash and may be subject to availability, eligibility, limits, Campaign budgets, seller participation, inventory, geographic restrictions, technical conditions, and other applicable restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the display of a Rank, Hash balance, badge, reward, discount percentage, product value, or other HashVault feature does not guarantee a fixed monetary value or future benefit.
These HashVault Terms should be read together with Friendhash's general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, marketplace rules, community guidelines, and other applicable policies.
Where a benefit depends on a participating seller, the benefit may be subject to the seller's participation, inventory, product eligibility, fulfillment capabilities, and applicable seller terms.
Product-specific matters, including product descriptions, availability, delivery, warranties, returns, refunds, and product quality, may be governed by the applicable marketplace and seller terms.
Where a specific HashVault Deal, Campaign, seller promotion, or reward displays additional terms, those specific terms will apply to the extent of any conflict with these general Terms.
Subject to applicable law, Friendhash reserves the right to make reasonable determinations regarding HashVault eligibility, reward validity, Campaign participation, abuse prevention, and the application of caps, limits, and promotional conditions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Failure by Friendhash to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to HashVault or these Terms shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, subject to applicable law.

By participating in HashVault, completing eligible activities, earning Hashes, unlocking Ranks, receiving badges, claiming discounts, participating in Deals or Campaigns, or using HashVault benefits, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Friendhash may introduce or modify features and services to enhance user experience; certain features may be mandatory and not optional for users.
Friendhash’s instant messaging (IM) feature enables secure and seamless communication between users. Protected by multiple security layers, it upholds strong standards of privacy and safety. We continuously enhance our systems, including upcoming advanced encryption, to ensure your conversations remain private and protected.
Friendhash is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Friendhash is not responsible for any financial losses arising from payment processing errors, unauthorized transactions, or fraud conducted through third-party payment gateways. Users must ensure the accuracy of payment information and report any discrepancies immediately.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Friendhash, its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from user actions, uploaded content, or breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
Friendhash is not liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to Friendhash for platform improvement shall be deemed non-confidential. Friendhash reserves the right to use such feedback without obligation or compensation to the user.
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of Friendhash or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Friendhash a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, display, and modify this content for platform operations. Users must ensure they own the rights to any uploaded content.
Friendhash reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion if a user is found violating these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or engaging in harmful activities. Account termination may occur without prior notice and result in forfeiture of any outstanding balances or privileges.
For enhanced security, performance, and reliability, Friendhash utilizes servers located in multiple regions worldwide. As a result, user data may be stored across different geographic locations. By using our platform, users acknowledge and accept this arrangement.
Friendhash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the use of our platform, or any related services, the following resolution mechanisms shall apply:
Notwithstanding the above, users acknowledge that certain disputes, particularly those involving intellectual property, may require immediate legal action and may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Karachi, Pakistan.
Friendhash is operated and managed by Friendhash (Private) Limited, a company legally incorporated and registered in Pakistan with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The Friendhash brand name, logos, platform identity, visual assets, and related intellectual property are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Trademark registration applications for Friendhash and associated branding elements have also been officially filed.
Unless otherwise stated, all platform content, software, interface designs, graphics, branding elements, and proprietary technologies are the intellectual property of Friendhash (Private) Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
